The Project Team wishes to implement a Records Management Solution for its record holdings comprised of the following:

  • Paper drawings; 
  • Paper Manuals of Operation and Maintenance, bound; and
  • Digital drawings.

so that these records will be easier to search through and access, including remotely and shared by multiple people simultaneously. They must be stored securely and maintained for accuracy and relevance. They should be accessible by desktop/laptop, tablet, and mobile devices.
